ZeroDoor — Zerone Security
Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-03
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ZeroDoor platform ("Service"), operated by Zerone Security ("we", "us"). By creating an organization or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of the legal entity you represent.
1. The Service
ZeroDoor is a business-to-business file integrity monitoring and compliance platform. The Service is provided for use by organizations and their authorized users; it is not directed at consumers.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for safeguarding credentials, API keys and agent deploy tokens issued to your organization.
- You must only connect servers and systems that you own or are authorized to monitor.
- You are responsible for the actions of users you invite into your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to monitor systems without proper authorization;
- attempt to breach tenant isolation, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission (see our security.txt for coordinated disclosure);
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without a separate agreement;
- use the Service in violation of applicable law, including export control and sanctions rules.
4. Trial and subscriptions
New organizations start on a limited trial. On expiry the organization is suspended; data is retained for a reasonable period before deletion. Paid plans, fees and billing terms are described at purchase time or in your order form.
5. Customer data
You retain all rights to data submitted to the Service, including file integrity telemetry from your servers. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy & KVKK Notice and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but the Service is provided "as is" during the trial. Service level commitments for paid plans, where offered, are stated in the applicable order form.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified to organization administrators. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
